The packaging of the L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312 has looked like Tarte Shape Tape Concealer. Now I understand why other beauty influencers compared these two concealer. It comes with a doe-foot applicator and the applicator is quite big in size. The bottle of the concealer is plastic and very sturdy. Since the tube is transparent, you can easily see how many products are left in the tube. Also, easy to carry.

In India L’oreal Infallible Concealer is available in just only 3 shades, which is very disappointed compared to other drugstore brands. And in the US it’s available in 25 shades. It’s pretty huge.

The available shades of L’oreal Infallible Full Wear Concealer are:

• 312 – L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312 is my shade. This shade is good for NC 25 to NC 35 skin tones. Perfect for fair to medium skin with a yellow undertone.
• 314 – This is basically a beige shade. Good for medium skin with a golden undertone.
• 317 – This shade is good for medium to dark skin tone.

Tips:

Here are a few tips for choosing a concealer depends on various factors:

1. Formula, skin type, and concern. For the under-eye area, make sure to select a shade of concealer that’s no more than one or two shades lighter than your natural skin tone to avoid an obvious white/gray circle around the eye area.
2. For the face, select a concealer that matches the color of your foundation exactly.

Texture and Pigmentation:

The texture of the L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312 is liquid, but not runny. It is basically creamy in texture. It works best with well-moisturized skin. It blends so well with the skin. It doesn’t feel heavy at all after applying. I have dry to combination skin and my under eye area is dry. But after the application of this infallible concealer, I apply compact over it and the concealer sets perfectly. After the application for a few hours, I noticed that the skin becomes dewy but not oily.

This concealer is full coverage and is under budget. Also, it blends like a dream and the coverage doesn’t disappear when I spread the product with a sponge or brush. It gives medium to full coverage for my acne scars. Most importantly it is not oxidized at all.

Coverage:

L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312 is one of the best full coverage drugstore concealer. For blending very light hands are ideal with this product and build slowly in areas where more coverage is needed. L’Oreal says the concealer won’t fade, flake for 24 hours, and I would like to say that it stays quite a while but not 24 hours. This L’oreal Infallible full wear Concealer is perfect for red or dark spots, marks, and dark circles of the eyes.

My Experience With L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312:

You have to blend this L’oreal Infallible Full wear Concealer quickly. Because It dries down to a matte finish quite fast. It didn’t make my skin cakey or set on the fine lines. This L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312 is very easy to blend and gives an even tone skin. The big-ass wand applicator helps to get the right amount of product from the concealer tube.

I have dry skin, but it does not leave any dry patches on the skin. On my skin without fading or creasing, it lasts for 6-7 hours. After that, this L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312 creases a little bit from my under-eye area. But if you set this concealer with loose powder or compact, it stays very long. Even those who prefer light coverage concealer also can use it just for spot-correcting.

The L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312 is truly full coverage with a natural matte finish. I like this type of natural matte-finished concealer. The concealer must stay on your face until you remove it with makeup remover. If you do the full face makeup, then this concealer stays up to 8 to 9 hours perfectly. Loreal claims it stays 24 hours, but who wears makeup for that long time? Although it must stay that this L’oreal Infallible Concealer 312 staying power is so good than other similar brands.

My shade is 312. It is good for fair to medium yellow undertone skin. I’ve used a lot of concealers but I’ve never such a high coverage one. You need a very small quantity and you’re good to go. It’s highly blendable and sets so beautifully and does not crease, no matter what Simply love it… Go for it girls.

I really want that Loreal launch more shade in India. For those who have very dry skin, make sure to moisturize the skin very well. Otherwise, the concealer looks cakey. And after using this set it with powder to prevent creasing.
